I have a presentation in PDF format, but I’d like to use and edit it in LibreOffice 4.2. I’ve opened the PDF in Draw (and it shows the slides) but I can’t figure out how to convert each page in Draw to a slide in Impress. Is there an efficient way to do so? If so, how?
I just did it the following way:
- open .pdf file in draw, and you get all the slides, as you describe.
- in the thumbnails (to the left of the screen, if you still have the default layout), click the first slide to select it, hold shift, click the last slide you want.
- copy
- paste in a new presentation in impress. You’ll have to confirm resizing, and you’re done.
- save as .odp and have fun!
