Is it possible to have multiple intro windows of icons to select from?

I would like to have various window show up when I first enter LibreOffice. One for each organization I work for. Is this possible?

I guess you can either use a simple shell-script/batch file with the tools of your OS, or you may write a macro in LibreOffice for this.

I don’t know of a tool to restore your configuration at startup (besides the guy who told he uses document recovery for this, so he was never closing LibreOffice - but he had other reasons for this. I would not recommend this).
