I think not, options for grid are on Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice Calc/View - Visual aids.
If it’s fine for you, merging affected cells has the same effect.

makes it possible to implement a something approaching, if it is not possible to merge the cells, as suggested.
Unlike Show on colored cells
lines are not displayed for colored cells. Applying a white background to the cells produces this effect:
