I don’t know Base and would make sure if even possible create a meal planner with it.
The idea is either import the NUTsqlite or the SR28DB database, and than create a form to make it searchable.
I know there are plenty of dedicated apps and websites for the job but I’d prefer flexibility. I used Calc in the past, but typing in all the nutritional data takes too much time.

While it is possible, the links provided do not provide an easy implementation by any means. While I finally connected (in Windows 10) to the Access database, there is a lot of work needed to get this into a format and database usable within Base.
The Access connection took the least amount of time to at least see some results. The SqLite3 will be more difficult and the text tiles even more so.
You state you don’t know Base and that learning curve will further complicate the issue.
