Is there any way to display documents better on the taskbar?

I’m just wondering if it is possible to display my documents better on the task bar on windows 8. how it is now is kinda unproductive, if i had a writter document and an calc document for example they will be shown under the same icon on the task bar wich i find very unproductive. is it possible to seperate them and have the writter documents seperate, calc, impress and so on all serperated.
i am using libreoffice 4.033.

How a document is displayed on a taskbar (any operating system) is a matter controlled by the operating system and not the application.
