Is where any option not to scale only header and footer while printing but other sheet content could be scaled at same time(like "not to scale header and footer" function like in Msoffice)?)

Do not use “Reduce/enlarge printout” but “Fit print range(s) to width/height”. If you want only to fit the print ranges in width, then delete the entry in the height field. It works too, when you do not set a print range but use the default setting to print the whole used area.

@Regina, @mariosv what you describe (which is consistent with the documentation) does not work since version 4.1. See BZ.

If you wish to only limit the width to 1 page must:

• set Width in pages: 1
• set Height in pages: a large number

Check Tools → Options → LibreOffice Calc → Print → Always apply manual breaks to be able to control page breaks by inserting page breaks
