ISO 8601 date format in Calc, LO 24.2.0.3

LO is installed to my Ubuntu 20.04 system via Snap. Yesterday it updated to LO 24.2.0.3.

When using LO Calc today my existing spreadsheets can no longer display ISO 8601 date format, YYYY-MM-DD. Columns formatted to use this date format display #### instead.

I can reformat the columns to use DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY and they display the entered date. However, the ISO date format is preferred.

Is there a way LO Calc 24.2.0.3 can be made to display ISO 8601 format like previous versions did?

The three or four hashes indicate that column is too narrow to display the contents. Widen the columns to see the date
