Issue with Hyperlink to a chapter

Using Libre Office 4.0.5 on Mac OSX8.4…
Each time I drag & drop from Navigator view a chapter as Hyperlink, it comes out as a Copy!!
Is there anyway to make this work as Hyperlink??

Change the Drag Mode to the “Hyperlink” option:
