Issue with password reset

Requested a password reset for user robleyd via the SSO portal and get the response Could not send email

Background: after the cutover to Discourse I attempted to log in with my old AskLO cresentials, but received the error Invalid user name or password. In accordance with the instructions in Migration from AskBot I went ot the SSO portal and attempted to register an account with a new user name and the email address under which robleyd originally registered; error was Email address is taken.

Just in case, I tried using username robleyd and the email address under which robleyd originally registered; error was Username is taken.

Please email hostmaster@documentfoundation.org so we can investigate and merge the duplicate account.
