Italian Spellchecker is installed but does not show

In my bookholding table there are many italian products. The common romanic spellcheckers (es, fr, it) are installed but the spellchecker “italian {it}” does not show, when I wanna spell check.

I reinstalled the language pack manually; then I uninstalled the old version, cleared the %appdata% and updated to 24.8.2.1 (newest version) (win10 Home x64).
In the loading screen and under Extras > Thesaurus the dictionary is shown, but not under Extras > Spellchecking…

What are other ways to fix this?
Thanks for every idea

Where do you expect to see that? If you click in a cell with language set as Italian, you should see Italian (Italy) or similar in the Status bar at the bottom of the window. The Spell check window should show the image below, the green tick and ab shows a spell checker is installed for the language.
ItalianSpellchecker

I installed extension Italian Spellchecker » Libreoffice Extensions . I assume I restarted LibreOffice at the time but the Italian spellchecker works fine.

This seems to be the wrong order, uninstalling the old version after installing a new version will probably remove some needed components. Did you try adding the new version afterwards?

I chose that order because the language packages of the old version weren’t removed after installing the new version with custom components on top
This is what it looks like, there are too many redundant packs but no italian:

Is there a location where language packs are saved that restricts that new packages are loaded?

I found the error now:
The automatic pack installer replaced the manual installed pack with a corrupt “updated” version
