Java re-enable nag after opening .xlsx file?

I have an .xlsx file that I use frequently. Every time I open it I’m prompted to re-enable java. I had disabled it for security and I never added any java to this file.

  1. How do I remove the java from the file?

  2. How do I disable java more completely than just disabling in preferences so that I don’t accidentally turn it back on when prompted?
