Is there any way you can make a Header & Footer in a CALC Template so when you save the template as a new file it retains the Header & Footer settings? Currently I have to go to Format > Page…Add Header & Footer every time I save from my template, which is bit of a PITA.
You can save the Header and Footer in Calc 7.1.5.2. If you save a template in 7.1.5.2 it can be opened in 7.2.2.2 and the header and footer will show.
If you save that spreadsheet in 7.2.2.2, close and re-open the header and footer will have gone; if you open that document in 7.1.5.2 the headers and footers are still gone… I think there is a problem with Headers and Footers not saving in 7.2.x, see tdf#144940 and tdf#144184
[EDIT] Have just tested 7.1.7.2 and it saves header and footer so I recommend using the Stable version, rather than latest.
