It’s not available as a separate command - you’d need a macro for that. Or better just use a dedicated paragraph style, which would avoid to allow direct formatting, and also allow you to assign a shortcut.

It’s an idea but not entirely practical since one doesn’t always want to do this but may want to with any paragraph given the way the breaks are working. This means one would need a KWN style for almost every style that doesn’t do it naturally (like headings) so the number of styles would be bumped up considerably which makes it harder to use them.
