Keyboard shortcut to open "format paragraph" window

Is there a keyboard shortcut to open the “format paragraph”, “format character”, “format page” windows?

I tried to create a keyboard shortcut for “Format paragraph” but the steps in the tutorial did not work because the options it gave to choose from were not available.

I am using LibreOffice 5.2.4.2 on a Mac with OS X 10.10.5.
