Kyocera Ecosys M6525cdn: can`t print - PDFConversionError - Offending Command: findresource - Windows 11 - #libreoffice-writer,

Hello to all here

I can print every document, except Documents from Libre Office (newest version - updated today) under Windows 11.

I have a Kyocera Ecosys M6525cdn printer. There is now new printer configuration to download; but the Kyocera Homepage states that I have Windows 10 on my Laptop; but actually I have Windows 11 on it.

The document is shown totally fine in the print preview.
But when I want to print it, I only get a blank piece of paper with the following statement on it:
Error Name: PDFConversionError
Offending Command: findresource
Operand Stack:
($)
-dict-

The same happens, when I try the version “print to pdf”.

Can someone help me with this kind of problem?

Your help is highly appreciated!

It sounds as if the printer is trying to use the generic Microsoft print driver. Try removing the printer driver and reinstalling the Kyocera driver. See Kyocera printer cannot print from Microsoft Word. Pdf conversion Error. - Microsoft Q&A

PS Windows 11 is just Windows 10 with some annoying bits stuck over the top. Most programs report it as Windows 10
