Attempting a new installation of LibreOffice 4.0.4 on a Mac running 10.8.3 and I get the dreaded error “The following disk images couldn’t be opened: LibreOffice_4.0.4_Mac.dmg - not recognized”.
I have attempted all of the related fixes listed here and elsewhere and cannot get past this error message.
I have tried opening it while holding control, tried changing my Gatekeeper settings to install from Anywhere, nothing makes a difference. I even waited a day and redownloaded it just to make sure I was getting an uncorrupted copy of the dmg, same problem. Anyone know how I can get around this? Beta dmg’s have the same issue.
