Label font does not match body text in forms (Girth smaller for same font and Pt)

I have set them to the same size i.e. 10, 11, 12 pt.
normal not bold, but the label appears to have finer strokes for the same font. i.e. times new roman or Microsoft Sans Serif

Looks like I’ll have to just place fields without labels?
