Dear community,
Using LT 5.2 after a clean install and a user profile reset leads to a massive constant single core CPU load, even without typing. The problem occurs on blank documents too as soon as I start typing.
If I disable and enable LT again from the extension manager (without restarting) the load is gone until I type again.
Had anyone experienced this problem too?
OS: Ubuntu 20.04 (LO is in pre-release)
Which version of LO are you using?
Pre-release version of LO? What version exactly? Consider filing a bug report, this may be a new bug.
The stable version on 20.04 is the 6.4, but it is possible to install appimages as @Astur or add a ppa for the alpha and beta versions (backports).

I clean and reinstall the official 7.1.1 and the problem is still there.
