Launch LibreOffice 7.2 from terminal on Ubuntu

Howto launch LibreOffice 7.2 from terminal on Ubuntu.
soffice looffice libreoffice they won’t launch LibreOffice.

Have you ever tried to start to type and to use TAB TAB key sequence to auto-complete for available commands matching the character sequence you typed (here: type libreoff<TAB><TAB>)?

Hello,

The answer depends on which packages you installed. If you use packages from TDF (libreoffice.org) then you need to call: libreoffice7.2 - and since libreoffice doesn’t work, it is most likely that you do not use Launchpad PPA but did download from libreoffice.org (all the more as Launchpad seems to not yet have released 7.2).

Hope that helps.
