Is it possible to move the vertical scrollbar in all LibreOffice applications to the left hand side of the Window? I’m left-handed and this is a more natural arrangement.

Menu: Tools → Options → LibreOffice Writer → View →
☑ Vertical ruler → ☑ Right-aligned
You can hide the view of the rulers via menu "View → Ruler".
(I could not find a solution for Calc, Impress, Draw…)

At first, enable
Menu Tools → Options → Language Settings → Languages →
Enhanced language support
☑ Enabled for Asian languages.
This setting shows only up when you enable Asian Language in “Language Setting”
