libLangTag error while android build

Hi.

I cloned master and I checkout to 5c603abc13b78dd7fd072249c9692dfc207a33c2

It’s cp-6.4-19 and I tried to build android version.

I did ./autogen.sh & make and I got this error while make.

I have no idea what went wrong.

I successfully built with master before.
what is different?
