Liboffice calc - how to add a cycle around a text

I want to add a cycle around some text.
I’ve tried to use: Insert → Shape, but seems none of the shapes can be added.

Any solution?

Not for Calc.
.
However you may create an Image with text and circle in Draw or elsewhere and anchor the Image manually at an appropiate place. But the image may not be in place, after you edit the sheet (resize rows/columns)
