I hope that if any of you save your work for a HTML file to put on your website you should get https://validator.w3.org/
to check it over until this bug gets fixed, who ever reports it, sorry I just get stressed out with all these faults. even now trying to get this on the forum

LO does produce poor and cluttered HTML code. If you want to create Web pages it is better to use a program that is designed for this purpose.

After reading your answer I have to ask where can you get free software that write both HTML code as well as save as a PDF file so I can send the contents of my web page to someone without them looking on internet?

Any of the many text editors that support Markdown/Pandoc. Haroopad (cross-platform) and MacDown (Mac), for example, are both free and export in both HTML and PDF.
