I am working a presentation and when I add slide transitions and save it works fine but when I close out and come back only certain ones are there. I am saving in PPTX if that matters. I have the latest version.
Please help.

Powerpoint and Impress are different, if you want to show using pptx I recommend using Powerpoint to create the slideshow.
If you use Impress to create a slideshow, save in ods format and show using LO, even if you have to use a portable version of LO.
I find starting to create a slideshow in one program and finishing in the other makes some peculiar ssues
