Libre Office 7.5 Dark theme - different on Windows 10 (4k)?

Hi,

I was following along this tutorial to setup Libre-office and couldn’t help but notice there are many differences with the Linux version of the theme from the video.

The tabs look rather different — even on extra large setting they are quite small on a 4k montitor:

Am I missing something here in the settings? And is there a way to make the UI resemble the one from the video?

As a new user, I am apparently unable to add another image, but is this a known issue on Windows that the theming glitches out?

Also notice that the checkboxes are all white and not blue like in the video.
