Libre office app do not start

Hello
I’ve had libreoffice for a while now.
Have suddenly had problems with opening the program.
it won’t start.
What can I do to get it working again?
Tried reinstalling the program but it still doesn’t work.

What can I do?

Have you restarted Windows?
There is a soffice process in the task manager?
