I have an old fashioned offline price list in CSV. 1,700 lines. How can I edit in bulk the data column so that all values there are minus 10% discount?

In some other cell enter the value 0.9 and copy that cell to clipboard.
Select the target column’s data range and then do Paste Special (Shift+Ctrl+V), in the dialog from Operations activate Multiply, hit OK.
