Libre Office IOS for Mac won't save to my launchpad...have to re-download everytime

For some reason Libre office will only work on my computer if I access my downloads, click on it, then re-install where the window shows me Libre Office ----> Applications. I click on Libre Office and it verifies my account. How can I actually turn this download into an app I can access on my launchpad?
