Libre Office Math getting a Matrix to line up neatly

Dear Friends

Here is an example of a matrix I want to type the answer to.
My problem is I want it all to line up neatly the presence of - (minus) signs messes up my neat matrix.

Any ideas on how to straighten and neaten the matrix into neat and square columns.
