When I download the latest verion of LibreOffice for MacOS it won’t install on the High Sierra variant of that operating system. I receive no error messages whatsoever. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
I had to upgrade from El Capitan (preferred El Capitan) to test this. LibreOffice 6.0.2.1 works after being dragged into the link to /Applications, or “installed”. I did have to answer the prompt about using something downloaded from Firefox. This was after verification and before it would open the application initially.
Ensure that you have “App Store and Identified Developers” checked under Apple Icon → System Preferences… → Security & Privacy → General → Allow apps downloaded from:.
