Libre office writer 6.2.0.3 cannot copy and paste in and out of the document

For the past month now I cannot copy and past in and out of the document in libre office writer 6.2.0.3 even with Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V. I run latest manjaro KDE; CPU threads: 6; OS: Linux 4.20; UI render: default; VCL: kde5; Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US. I also have Greek locale installed. I tried both languages, different formats but nothing. I cannot for the life of me find out why I cannot copy text from the document to another external program or paste from an external source to the document. I can only copy and paste within the document. When I copy from a writer document, the copied text doesn’t even show in the clipboard applet on my kde panel.

Any ideas? Have I missed something?

Could you try 6.2.1 (or even 6.2.2.1 which is in testing)?

@mikekaganski thanks for the quick reply. It’s not in the repos yet but I’ll give it a try without messing my already installed suite.

As stated by @mikekaganski in Libre Office 6.2.1.2 the problem (probably bug) is resolved. I installed it through snapcraft. I’ll use that until it comes on my distro’s official repos. Thanks again. Mark it as closed/solved.
