Libre Writer Text Control custom properties don't stay after I save & close the document

I have a document where I have about 35 text boxes that I have added to a form. I had to go into each one and set the Control properties - Position Y, height, font, vertical align. When I save, close and reopen the document, the properties all go back to their original settings except font.

This is an official document, and it needs to look professional. It looks great when I set the control properties…but they don’t save.

Which operating system and which LibreOffice version are you working with?
In which file format is the file saved?
