Be assured 64 bit ubuntu runs LibO 4.2 and 4.3

Help the helper to help you. Please provide more information on

LibO version? OS type and version?

Upload an example or screenshot.

Explain all steps you did and their results.

Keep in mind a helper must simulate what you did to become able to help you.

this our detail information about the system

3.2.0-74-virtual #109-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 9 17:04:48 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

the libreoffice I installed is stable version (LibreOffice 4.2.8.2 )

Actually, it worked, but recently it not work, my install step of libreoffice is just use ‘wget’ to download the libreoffice and use ‘dpkg -i *.deb’ to install it

The command to install is exactly: sudo dpkg -i *.deb

Did you verify that you can write to the /usr/local/share/tomcat7/apache-tomcat-7.0.53/tempprint_pack directory and there are no stale lock files in that direcotry?
If you do an ‘ls -a’, and see any ‘.~lock.something’ files, make sure that you remove them before you try to do a conversion.

yes, I tried according your comment ,but still not work!

and I run this command by root user

we have ever restart the ubuntu,is there anyting to do with it?

previously, it work

I’ve run into something similar - wondering if there is a string length limitation on command line arguments? If I shorten up the path it seems to work.
