I just upgraded and have used Calc for several years, but now the formula is not working.
I get TRUE in my formula of =D14*0.05
And when I go to my old spreadsheets, I cannot even see the formulas anymore.
I am sure it must be something simple.
Any help would be appreciated.

You have formatted the formula cell as boolean, assign the General number format. e.g. from sidebar or the cell format dialog or Shift+Ctrl+6
As for the “cannot even see the formulas”, no idea without seeing the document (other than the sheet is protected and Cell Protection has activated Hide formula).
