LibreOffice 5 wiki publisher extension not working on Windows 8

I have the 5.0.1.2 Windows version installed with the Wiki Publisher 1.1.2 extension built in. Extension options are configured correctly. I have no options to export to wiki or send to wiki. Does this work?
