LibreOffice 6.0.3. Internal error 2902 ixoShortcutPropertyCreate

I am trying to install LibreOffice 6.0.3 on a Windows 10 x64 (new install) machine, but I get “Internal error 2902 ixoShortcutPropertyCreate” and the install stops and rolls back. Any help would be appreciated.

How can I give LibreOffice write permission on Win 10 version 1809? It cannot create a new file or write to an existing one. Insufficent user rights.

had you tried to simply search for 2902?

I turned off “Windows Defender Controlled Access” in Windows Defender and for now LO installed and is working.
