LibreOffice 6.1.2.1 starts slow

I have some new Dell 7460 AIO running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version 1809.

These computers are in a Windows Domain.

I have the following problem:

If I log to the computer with the local administrator account, LibreOffice starts fast.

If I log with a regular Domain user account LibreOffice starts very slow.

Please help me.

I’ve the same problem in our domain.
With a local user, it starts really fast.

We stay in 6.0.7 because this behavior does not happen
