Like i’ve said in the title i am experiencing very slow startup of any component, write, math whatever on a server with Win2012R2 (x64).
Very slow means that i do launch the app, then the logo loads and then i have to wait up to 5 minutes for app window to appear.
Does anyone have any suggestions how could i make it work faster, like it’s supposed to?
And how long does a start in LibreOffice Safe Mode last?

Then most probably you user profile is corrupt and you should reset.

according to your “Safe Mode-test”-result, you should reset your LibreOffice user profile.
To reset the user profile perform:
Help -> Restart in Safe Mode and confirm the restart using button: Restart
Advanced (click on the word Advanced right above Help button) and click Archive User Profile buttonReset to factory settings
[x] Reset entire user profile
Apply Changes and Restart
