i was working in writing document when office suddenly crashed, everytime i reopen it asks to recover the file but then it crashes again within seconds. And no matter what file i open, it keeps on happening, even i tried to write a new document, still crashed. i tried reimstalling the software, restarting the mac doesnt work. what to do?
