LibreOffice 7.0.6 don´t change properties of cells

I am using LibreOffice many years ago. When I create a table in Writer (n rows x n columns) and I tried to change the Paragraph settings of every column and row at the same time (I select all the cells of the table and click on Paragraph properties), then the changes only apply to one of the rows (the first), but the other cells don´t show any change in its paragraph properties. In OpenOffice, doing the same procedure (selecting all the cells of the table, clicking on Paragraph properties and applying these properties to all the selection) every cell change according to the properties selected. I´m using LibreOffice 7.0.6 in Windows 7 x64 Professional. I know that I can change the Style of every cell of the table, but in some instances is more essay to quickly select all the table, click on Paragraph, and change a property of every cell (for example, the space above and after the text in every cell). Is this an error? If I want to change one property quickly in all the table I have to select, one by one, every row to modify its Paragraph properties, and then the changes take effect.
Any idea to solve this issue?
Thanks.

Did you select any of the predefined so called “Styles” (Default Table Style, Academic, Box List…), when inserting/creating the table?

Seem to be a bug.

As a workaround, change the Paragraph settings, then choose menu Edit - Repeat: Apply attributes (the same that Ctrl+Shift+Y).

Tested with LibreOffice 7.0.6.2 (x64); OS: Windows 10.0.

EDIT: The change, at first, will affect only the first (and in some cases only the second) selected cell. Try to select beggining from the last column and row.

This issue happens with different Table Styles selected (Default, Elegant, etc.) or without any Table Style (None). I remember that in older version of Writer it was possible to select a group of cells and change some of its properties, like the space above an after each cell, with the Paragraph command, not changing the Style itself (adding these properties to the cells). And I have verified that in OpenOffice 4.1.10 it is possible to select a group of cells and change its properties at the same time with the Paragraph menu option. The question is that the Paragraph Context Menu only apply the selected changes to some of the cells (first row, normally), and the other cells selected remain without any modification.
Thanks
