LibreOffice and NeatOffice, what is the difference?

I am using Neat Office that I acquired from the Microsoft app store I am using windows 10 and I am wondering if the LibreOffice is any different from the Neat office. someone please help I need assistance and am having a real problem getting anyone from any company or web platform to help me.

NeatOffice (whatever that might be) is not LibreOffice. To obtain LibreOffice download it from the official places, either the TDF provided builds or from partners in the Microsoft Store or Mac App Store.
