Libreoffice Calc Condition for cells based on words

I would like to create a condition in Libreoffice Calc based on words and that depending on the word the background color changes. As far as I can find, the condition function only accepts numbers (or a date).

A basic example of what I would like:
If the cell value is ‘Yes’ the background should be green, if it is ‘Maybe’ it should be yellow and if it is ‘No’ it should be red.

Is this possible to do?

It works.
For the cell styles I used the ones that are available.
Of course you can create your own cell styles.
