Can I use Libre Calc to make How-To-Videos on YouTube?
to create howto-videos you need a screencapture-app and|or optional a camera and a microphone!
Please, before creating any how-to, call the thing by its correct name: LibreOffice Calc.

Short answer: No.

A bit more detail: Spreadsheets allow calculations in tables, so you may use Calc as tool for calculations of video-length, or tables of contents etc etc. But special software to produce video may even include this.

Or is your real question: Will I get into trouble concerning copyright etc, if Calc is seen in my videos/ used and shown in video / topic of my video? Then the starting point should be:
