I installed LibreOffice 5.1.3 on my Windows 10 Dell PC but it will not start. It gives this error “The application cannot be started. [context=“user”] caught unexpected. com.sun.star.ucb.ContentCreationException: Cannot create folder.” I read that this can be caused by a previous installation of LibreOffice that was uninstalled, so I uninstalled LibreOffice again, and then used File Explorer to find c:\LibreOffce and renamed it old.LibreOffice. I restarted my PC and reinstalled LibreOffice again, but I still get the same error. What should I do?
