LibreOffice crash - gone - 04/28/2023 now not able to install
7.5.2 Win64
7.1.2 Win64
New and Previous versions of LO not able to install after it tries to install KB2999226

it displays: Error 1310.Error writing to file LibreOffice\program\sbase.exe. Verify that you have access to that directory.

This is new and never happened prior, how to continue and use LO

First of all, make a backup of your user profile %APPDATA%\LibreOffice\4\user.
Kill any instance of soffice(.exe) in the task manager. Now the program may start again.
If you reboot, make sure that LibreOffice is not started automatically before you install any new version.

Thank U for the reply,
I’m not having an issue with LO starting, the program was lost (no longer functioning)
when Windows Defender Antivirus KB15597 updated on 04/26/2023

when trying to install newest version or my prev LO version it always hangs on KB2999226 and throws an error saying:
Error 1310.Error writing to file LibreOffice\program\sbase.exe. Verify that you have access to that directory.
How do i get access?
First experiencing this issue, have not seen prior.
Unfortunate i do not have a restore point to fall back on

Task manager: soffice(.exe) not located in the processes
I always have to manually start LO, never auto-start
