I want to edit the page but everything moves as a unit, I cant just choose a word. So what setting do I adj in order to fix this?

What does that mean? Please discribe step by step, what do you do?

When editing text, you cannot say that the page is edited, but only the text within a page.
And please tell us your operating system and LibreOffice version. Thanks.

THE DOCUMENT IS AN OLD resume of my son. I want to edit and make it relevant. I can’t change or delete a word as doc wont’ allow it.
Windows 10 and I’ve got it in LibreOffice 7.2 U damt clk on a single word whd when u do click within the doc. the entire sheet moves with u.
Maybe it is an image of the original document.
What do you see after choosing menu View, and disabling Images and Charts? A border with a little picture and the text Image1?
