LibreOffice for Mac no longer printing double-sided?

So I just started using LibreOffice for my Mac (Sequoia 15.3.2), as I need something that would work for printing basically what I’m going to use as flash cards, printing onto a 4x6 card, front and back. Literally a week or two ago, I tried a test print of my file, and the first cards (pages one and two, front and back) came out just fine.

Yet today, I go to print them and the rest, and for some incomprehensible reason, they are now printing each page on a separate sheet of 4x6 paper, instead of two pags of info, one on each side of a single sheet, as it did the last time. Literally nothing has changed on the hardware end – same printer, same paper, did not even print anything ELSE with it since the last test job that came out fine – so I can only assume something weird happened along the say in my settings or something? Any ideas what might have gone weird?

My printer is an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301, I still have the print options set for Double-Sided: On, and I’m not seeing anything in the LibreOffice settings that would countermand that or anything. Anyone have any ideas what might be going on suddenly?

Thank you all in advance.

Does the laser printer allow double-sided printing on 4 x 6 paper?

Ugggggh, apparently not. For some reason, while it will happily allow you to select duplex at A6 sizes, it will not actually print duplex at A6 sizes.~sigh~ Thank you!

With attention paid to layout you could have 4 cards per frame on an A4 sheet which could then be cut after printing.

Perhaps, but I think it’d just be simpler to tweak them for a 5x8 instead of the 4x6 instead.
