Does LibreOffice have the capability (a plug-in perhaps) of transforming an existing monotoniko (modern single-accent convention) Greek text to polytoniko (older multiple-accent convention)?

Good question! Is that something that maybe the Greek localization team would know? (when you say “older convention,” do you mean in the last couple of decades, or do you mean “ancient greek”
