LibreOffice Impress crashes when inserting midia mp4

Please, maybe somebody had this problem before and can help me. When I try to insert a mp4 clip in a slide of Impress, the program crashes.

I had the same behaviour with Linux Mint 21.1 and installed the next version with the same problem.
