LibreOffice is not responding on Normal Mode. Why?

LibreOffice in Windows 8 is not responding on Normal Mode. So I am always using LibreOffice (Safe Mode). Does anyone know how to open in Normal Mode? Do I need to install a supporting application?

Try to disable hardware acceleration, when starting safe mode:
